Cancellation Policy

The 333 OFFER is a three-month holistic service consisting of 12 private online sessions with Priscila de Calvache. The work draws on a methodology developed in Brazil and made available to U.S. clients through Priscila de Calvache Holist Therapist, LLC. It is intended to support personal exploration and well-being. It is not medical or mental health treatment and does not replace care from a licensed professional. You may purchase a single session for $111. If you subsequently enroll in the 333 OFFER, that $111 will be credited toward your first monthly payment. You will then pay $222 upon enrollment, followed by two payments of $333, charged one month and two months after enrollment. The total price of the 333 OFFER is $999, including the $111 credit. If you enroll directly, you will pay $333 upon enrollment, followed by two monthly payments of $333. By purchasing the offer, you authorize these three scheduled payments; the offer does not renew automatically after the third payment. Scheduling. Sessions are generally scheduled 7 to 10 days apart, subject to mutual availability. We understand that life happens and will work together in good faith to adjust dates when needed. Any change to the overall program schedule will be confirmed in writing. Refunds. Payments are nonrefundable once made, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we are unable to provide the purchased service. Missing or choosing not to attend a session does not, by itself, cancel the remaining payment commitment. To reschedule, the client must send a written request to at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions are generally held 7–10 days apart, and no more than 14 days may pass between sessions. A new time is subject to availability. A session missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ written notice is counted as a used session. All payments are nonrefundable, including payments for missed sessions, except where a refund is required by law or unable to provide the purchased service. This work calls for your active participation, commitment, and flexibility. Experiences and outcomes vary, and no particular result is promised or guaranteed, including a change in health, relationships, finances, or career.
